When guiding today's yoga class, I centered it on this idea of ✨opening✨: noticing what's opening with every inhale, and what can soften & let go with every exhale, and how this balance can help to ride the waves of the sensations that come up throughout class. And to take it one step further, what are you currently opening to in your life and how can you soften in order to expand into what ever that is? The two work so closely together, letting go & opening. And I've learned that the secret is, you really can't have one without the other. It's a constant balance of push/pull. Even when it feels uncomfortable (which, for me, it almost always does lol), I'm constantly trying to let go of gripping onto old/limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and fear of the unknown or not being enough in order to make space and open my full heart to invite in something new. WHEW. Props if you made it to the end of that one!! Happy Thursday wave riders, may you soften and open with ease to receive the abundance the universe has in store for youuuu 🌊🙏🏼🤗
