Some quick dinner inspo on a rainy Friday night - Bangers n mash. Used kangaroo sausages because it is an excellent source of iron, zinc and B12 but just as important is that roo is a more sustainable source of meat, I have spoken before about its benefits. The mash is a combo of sweet and white potato for something different, these two together give good flavour. Simply steamed crunchy broccoli (don’t over cook to softness - u get the most out of it when it’s got crunch) and finally, home made onion gravy using @nutraorganics beef bone broth powder. So much goodness in this sauce alone. Recipe for gravy on previous post. Hope you enjoy this classic meal inspo - nutrified πŸ˜‰
